Admissions for Fall, Winter & Spring Sports
Adults: $5
K-12 Students: $3
Please review the following information concerning middle school athletics participation. In order to participate in athletics at Southwest Middle School, before the first day of tryouts, students must have current physicals (less than 12 months old) on file with our Athletic Directors AND students must fill out and return a Concussion Information Sheet.
